I need a floating window, that does not activate on show (which means the main window stays activated). But the floating window has to receive mouse events. Like a popup menu behaves.
Is there a simple function like HasNoTitleBarMBS, something like DoesNotActivateMBS? If not, how can I solve this? The default behavior with Carbon was like that, but with Cocoa floating windows always activate.
