I’ve looked at the information I can get from the parser’s BeginLayer event, 
but I’m not clear on what to do with it. 

I have a test PDF in which OGCGount=241. I’ve deleted all pages except one, and 
the remaining page contains just one layer (according to Acrobat). 

The parser’s BeginLayer event fires 10 times, and all of these events have the 
same value for the parameter “IOCG”. It is a very large value - e.g., 
2739509480. How do I related this value to the OCGs I get back from 
"DynaPDFMBS.GetOCG(i)” so that I know which of the 241 layers is applicable to 
the current page? 

What is the IOCG value, anyway?
