What is the system profile?
Presumably the one that used to be returned by “GetSystemColorSyncProfileMBS” -
the function that is deprecated, yet still included in all the DynaPDF examples
that deal with color profiles.

The general problem may be that the NSColorSpace doesn't necessarily have a
link back to the folderitem it was made from.
Yes. That is exactly the problem. The DynaPDFMBS.initColorManagement function
takes a DynaPDFMBSColorProfilesMBS object which is a collection of FolderItem
references. As far as I can tell, none of the LCMS2 functions allow us to get a
FolderItem.

It seems that either LCMS2 needs to be able to return the FolderItem, or
(probably better) there should be a version of the DynaPDFMBSColorProfilesMBS
object that can take memory blocks. Otherwise, it seems that we cannot properly
implement DynaPDF color management on the Mac?

Thanks,

What is the system profile?

to get the ICC Profile data from screen you can use

dim n as NSScreenMBS = NSScreenMBS.mainScreen
dim c as NSColorSpaceMBS = n.colorSpace
dim m as MemoryBlock = c.ICCProfileData

The general problem may be that the NSColorSpace doesn't necessarily have a
link back to the folderitem it was made from.

Sincerely
Christian
