I don't quite understand what that means… NSAppleScriptMBS, for instance, is used on Mac only but the class compiles for Windows (it just does nothing). How is that different to any class that's used only on one OS like OpenDialogItemMBS? Both examples are cross platforms (compile under all systems) and work only on one.
