MbUnit Unable to get MbUnit or TestDriven to work at all after reinstall

Before I add MbUnit to our project, I wanted to ensure my instructions
on how to install MbUnit and TestDrive were correct. I uninstalled both
and reinstalled. The "Test With..." menu is now grayed out and there is
no entry for "Run Test(s)" (with the TestDrive icon.) Does anyone have
any clues on how to rectify this?
