This will activate the add-in and all command bar buttons will be installed. When you close Visual Studio they will be saved and you won't shouldn't have to do this again.
When you installed TD.NET, did you install for all users? I recommend that people don't do this and use the default setting. If you install for all users, there are issues with uninstalling and activating for the first time on subsequent installs. You can however use the trick I mention above. Thanks, Jamie.
