Hmm, what's the use-case for this?
It sounds like a good idea to enable for arbitrary ICollection's but
I've never had need of it myself.  I'm not against adding this feature
but I'd like to understand more about why it's needed as there may be
other useful related enhancements we can make.

Pity the .Net framework doesn't include a built-in notion of a
subsequence.

How about expanding ArrayAssert.AreEqual to allow the user to specify
how many elements to compare?
