Thanks Ulu! That's it! I was attaching to the Gallio.Icarus.exe process.

If I run the Debug -> Attach to Process and choose Gallio.Host.exe in
the Available processes.

Then, when I run my tests in Icarus, it hits my breakpoint(s).
