1) If you are planning to come by the 2083 VLSB office this week,
here is our tenative whacky schedule due to construction and one department
holiday party:

12/14 9-12 and 1:30-3 2083 VLSB or 2095 VLSB (Right-hand Bio 1A lab)
12/15 9-12 and 1:30-4 2083 VLSB or 2095 VLSB (Right-hand Bio 1A lab)
12/16 9-12 and 1:30-4 2083 VLSB or 2095 VLSB (Right-hand Bio 1A lab)

Please check the front door of 2083 VLSB when you come, for our latest location.

12/19 9-12 and 1:30-4 2083 VLSB or 2084 VLSB (Bio 1A GSI room across from
2083 VLSB)
12/20 9-12 and 1:30-4 2083 VLSB or 2084 VLSB (Bio 1A GSI room across from
2083 VLSB)
12/21 9-12 and 1:30-4 2083 VLSB or 2084 VLSB (Bio 1A GSI room across from
2083 VLSB)
12/22 9-12 and 1:30-4 2083 VLSB or 2084 VLSB (Bio 1A GSI room across from
2083 VLSB)
12/23 9-12 and 1:30-3 2083 VLSB or 2084 VLSB (Bio 1A GSI room across from
2083 VLSB)

We're not sure where we'll be from day to day as the construction in our office
progresses.
If they're jack-hammering, we're outta here and into an alternate location for
sure!

We will periodically check our voice-mail and e-mail throughout the day if
we're in an alternate
location.

2) If you are graduating Fall 2005 and you are completing H196B, you will need
to come and get a
blue Honors Thesis Approval Form from us, get it signed and return to us in
2083 VLSB.
It's the only way for us to know if you have really completed everything and
can recommend you to
L&S for departmental honors.
The form is due in 2083 VLSB on Tuesday December 20th, the last day of finals.
Please track us
down if you have questions.

3) If you are finishing up H196A or 199, especially if you are in a non-MCB
lab, make sure to
remind your sponsor that they need to assign a P/NP for you in e-grades. They
may have forgotten
that they signed your form!

4) Signing up for H196A/B or 199 Spring 2006? The course control numbers (CCN)
and course entry
codes (CEC) will be available beginning next semester. You will then add those
on Telebears
through week 5.

Okay, that's it!
Take care, study hard, eat well, be careful crossing the street (I'm not
kidding), and after all
the exams and projects are done...enjoy your time off, you deserve it!
