Let me know if you have any consultants with the following skills
1. Experience managing projects of 12 - 24 months in duration with a project
staff of 6 - 10 using Microsoft Project.
<At least 4 years of experience is mandatory>
2. Project Manager Professional (PMP) certification is required.
<Include a copy of the certification in the Technical Proposal>
3. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
a.. Experience with developing project documentation such as project
charters, project status reports, communication plans and change management
requests.
b.. Experience using Mercury Quality Center
c.. Experience working with government agencies.
The responsibilities of the consultant selected for this Project Title will
include, but not be limited to these:
a.. Prepare a detailed project plan.
a.. The project plan will include major milestones and a clearly defined
critical path.
b.. The project status relative to the project plan will be closely
monitored and reported on.
b.. Investigate, evaluate, and document solutions to solve business problems.
c.. Prepare weekly and monthly status reports using the OMH PMO format.
d.. Perform business analysis tasks as necessary.
e.. Ensure that requirements, defects and test plans are all documented and
tracked in Quality Center.
f.. Schedule regular meetings with key project stakeholders.
g.. Coordinate the activities of the technical lead, business analysts and
developers.
a.. This may include coordinating contacts with subject matter experts on
and off site.
h.. Ensure unit and system testing occurs as planned and results are tracked
in Quality Center.
