Both resource need to have extensive SQL experience writing complex queries, preferably in Teradata but Oracle or other DBMS are ok. One of the resources needs to have background in leading a data quality or testing team in addition to the extensive SQL experiece so they can help with some leadership as well as doing the detailed work. Both resources need to have data analysis skills in order to understand OLAP design documents for a 3NF data warehose and movement of data to determine how to perform their data quality testing.
