The VOIP Engineers will provide day-to-day operational support and engineering 
for the global voice network ensuring maximum availability through proactive 
monitoring, analyses, maintenance, software configuration, upgrades, and 
patching. This position will include supporting our VOIP environment that 
includes Cisco Call Manager, MS Lync, and Unity voicemail. 

 

Required Skills/Experience:

-5+ years Voice system installation and operational experience in a corporate 
enterprise environment is a requirement. 

-3+ years Cisco Call Manager experience in design and/or support.

-Expert skills with VOIP/PBX technology is a requirement. 

-Cisco CCNP Voice certification or industry equivalent

-Available to participate in a rotational 24x7 on-call support team

 

Bonus:

-BS in MIS, CS, EE or related program

-Experience with MS Lync integration with CM and Unity. Tying existing video 
endpoints into Lync/Cisco environment.

-Knowledge of Cisco ACS, WAN Optimization 

-Knowledge of AVAYA S8700 and AVAYA Call Management Systems.
