*Role: Lead Java/J2ee Developers* Location: Somerset, NJ Rate: $45 per hour (Max) Duartion -6+ Months *Must Have Skills:* Core Java, Design Patterns, Spring Framework (DI, MVC, DAO Support, Web Flow, Security), Open JPA, DOJO Toolkit, Tyme leaf, Web Services (SOAP/REST), JUnits, Web Sphere Application Server etc. Basic idea of CMS, Logging (SLF4j) and caching will be value-add. *Job Roles and Responsibilities:* · § Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · § Should be able to work with Business team and testing team on Requirement Elicitation, Scoping and clarifications · § Should be able to work with Customer Architects and Tech Leads on design and Development · § Good in Status Reporting and Tracking. Strong understanding of various Project Execution Methodology (Waterfall, Iterative, Agile) · § Mandatory Offshore Coordination Skills. Should be able to lead and guide Offshore from technical/management standpoint · § Should be hands-on with Coding and Debugging Java applications.
