*Job Title: Project Manager* *Location: Franklin Lakes, NJ* *Duration: 6+ Months* Qualifications: Reports to the Director of EPMO and the Business Project Leader: This position is responsible for fully developing and managing the ERP cutover plan for Franklin Lakes and coordinating and aligning same with other cutover managers at other locations to create work plans, track progress on work schedules, track budget progress and burn rates, keep plans up to date and publish results, create and present management reports on project outcomes and status. This position will also be responsible for maintaining active project plans in MS Project and/or EPM Live (or other similar PPM software). Gets daily direction from Business Project Lead. Responsibilities: ■ Creates ERP cutover work plans and check lists, with help and direction of Senior EPMO Project Managers, for all projects assigned and undertaken. ■ Develops cutover risk and contingency plans ■ Communicates in all directions and helps to manage stakeholder expectations ■ Maintains work plans, enters status and burn into the MS Project software. ■ Assists the project leadership with cutover resource management and forecasting resource requirements and consumption ■ Creates management reports and presentations to keep senior leadership up to date on schedule, budget, and deliverable status. ■ Collects, organizes, and escalates project issues and risks. ■ Aids the EPMO and Director with creation of mitigation plans ■ Creates and maintains collaboration environments for projects, using SharePoint or similar software. ■ Facilitates weekly meetings with project managers to collect status and discuss project issues. SPECIAL SKILLS: Business Acumen: Mastery skills in understanding the business, being agile and applying expertise in communication and working with diverse groups of people and skill sets. Execution: A subject matter expert in ERP / SAP cutover processes. Mastery of project scheduling skills and use of PPPM software (like MS Project, Project Server, and EPM Live) Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to understand complex, multi-project environments and be able to quickly diagnose potential risks and issues. Talent Management: Demonstrated capability to facilitate groups of senior resources, provide candid feedback, ability to train people on complex tools sets, and excellence in working in a highly collaborative environment. Personal Credibility & Integrity: Demonstrated excellence in professionalism, professional communication, presence, a high degree of integrity, and willingness/strength to do the right thing in difficult situations. POSITION REQUIREMENTS (AS APPLICABLE): EDUCATION: BS/BA degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related Analytical field required. LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS: The following certifications are not required but very highly desired: PMI, PMP certification LEED Certification CPIM and/or CIRM Six Sigma or Lean Management Certification Certification in accredited CPE courses in PPPM software systems EXPERIENCE: • Minimum of 5 years of project management and/or project scheduling Level of responsibility: o Required: Must have been primarily responsible for the development and execution of at least one large ERP cutover plan. Industry experience: o Required: Experience working on large complex ERP Implementations o Desired: History working within a shared services or BPO organization Geographic Scope: o Required: Ability to work in Franklin Lakes, NJ with ability to speak & write fluent English o Desired: Ability to speak/write French OTHER: Software: Required: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), MS Project or Project Server.
