*Candidate should demonstrate strong verbal and written skills as well as
project coordination skills.*
*Any experience in Vendor management, customer service, and business
analysis are great PLUS. *
The Systems Analyst is also the primary point of contact between business
user and the third party vendors. This role requires working closely with
the offshore team to ensure service level agreements are followed, serving
as an escalation point for issues, documenting and improving support
processes.
We are looking for a talented, high energy, self-motivated Systems Analyst
that will help us re-define our business and technical architecture as well
as deliver critical insights to the business.
*Responsibilities:*
· Lead the evaluation of new technologies in the realm of Self
Service Analytics, Predictive Analytics, and Big Data
· Serve as the application expert for internal and external
applications, e.g., cloud-based offer and Product Information Management
systems
· Use Agile methodology to plan, coordinate, and develop technical
deliverables for enterprise initiatives
· Present project status and analysis deliverables to senior
executives
· Leverage your knowledge of Cognos, Tableau, and similar tools to
provide timely and accurate data to business decision makers
· Strive for continual improvements and innovations in the
processes, tools, and approaches we use.
*Requirements:*
· 6+ years of experience with Systems & Data Analysis, and Report
design/data visualization concepts
· Project coordination/project management & scrum master experience
highly desirable
· Results-driven individual who is a strong influencer
· Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
· Ability to participate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with
little direction
· Proactively “drives the conversation” to get the information
needed or results needed
· Excellent communication skills and business acumen; ability to
understand various business domains, processes, and cross-functional
relationships
· Ideally able to write and understand complex PL/SQL queries.
· Knowledge of Analytics/OLAP tools, and Jira highly desirable
