*Minimum Qualifications:* *1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field or four (4) years’ work experience.* *2. Five (5) years’ work experience in technical support, administration and engineering of client/server, middleware and/or mainframe applications, hardware or operating systems.* *Preferred Qualifications:* *1. One or more of the following certifications: VCP 3. Technical lead-type training experience.* *4. Exposure to large-scale, clustered systems.* *5. Systems Engineering or Consulting background.* *Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:* *1. Senior-level technical knowledge encompassing some of the following:* *• VMWare vCenter and vRealize* *• UCS Manager and UCS Director* *• HP Server Management.* *• Host connectivity / mainframe emulation • Remote access • Browser and thin-client-based applications • Client operating systems • Server operating systems • Active directory • Group policy • TCP/IP • Microsoft Office • Server administration • Application or system-monitoring tools.* *• Scripting for server maintenance and process execution (PowerShell, Visual Basic, Etc.) 2. Senior-level hardware troubleshooting skills.* *3. Promotes teamwork and leads by example, while successfully collaborating across functions and departments. Unquestionable ethics & integrity is pertinent.* *4. Aptitude for gaining a thorough understanding of the business and actively applying it to individual work.* *5. Proven history of taking accountability for own work and results.* *Demonstrated ability to form constructive opinions and defend them.* *6. Customer-focused, with demonstrated experience and ability to be flexible with changing priorities, demands and requests. Demonstrated ability to identify root issues and resolve end-to-end.* *7.
