The Royal Ontario Museum does use Raiser's Edge for our Membership and Fundraising needs - but we're on the larger side as museums go.
>From what I've heard, Tessitura is worth looking at for fundraising needs, but I'm not sure if it's oriented towards Memberships (it's more performing arts based, but there are some museums using it).
