We discussed the best practice for the organizational placement of social
media in a Museum at the Conscience Un-Conference this past December at the
Holocaust Museum.   The best practice we arrived at was that social media
should be a collective effort, between multiple departments.  A strategy to
govern the use/implementation of social media is critical to the success of
