Good afternoon, We are using the same setup with Vista 4.2 and ICVERIFY Enterprise 1.5. We have not had any issues with reliability except for some online ticket issues. ICVERIFY Enterprise 1.5 is more secure then older versions so I would recommend an upgrade right away to better protect the credit card information. I am wondering what kind of reliability issues you are having with the current system?
I also would like to hear more about Blackbaud's Patron Edge. If you are running that software could you please comment on the positives and negatives. Thank you for your time.
