There will be a session at MCN in November that has presentations from museums using Patrons Edge, Vista TM and Sirusware... The vendors will also be in the exhibit hall. Come see the presentation and ask hard questions.

We have not had any issues with reliability except for some online ticket issues. ICVERIFY Enterprise 1.5 is more secure then older versions so I would recommend an upgrade right away to better protect the credit card information. I am wondering what kind of reliability issues you are having with the current system? I also would like to hear more about Blackbaud's Patron Edge.
