In response to the question on Ticketing Systems, we have recently
implemented Blackbaud's Patron's Edge, previously we used Paciolan. We are
also in the process of implementing Financial Edge. We have used Raiser's
Edge for many years. Our implementation was successful and we are happy
with our results thus far.
