I have a survey of MCN organizations (about 25 participated) from 4 years ago, which I will repost to the group shortly. This surveys not only ticketing systems but all other apps as well.
If anyone would like to re-kindle and update this survey I think it would be broadly useful. I can't volunteer to organize right now, sorry to say.
