Thank you all for your patience as we resolved this.

I'd especially like to thank Richard Urban for all of his dedication 
and hard work. In his new role as MCN-L List Manager on MCN's Web 
Committee, he's been busily configuring our new list software, which 
is now up and running. Hurray!
