http://www.cmsmatrix.org/ I think Drupal is a little more robust than Wordpress in terms of features, plug-ins, etc. Wordpress is more often than not just used as a blog and is also capable of managing a site, whereas Drupal is used to manage sites but can also contain a blog, if you can draw that distinction. We just implemented a Drupal site as a work-in-progess, and so far so good.
