Hello, I work for a geographically large National Heritage Area within which are many organizations including museums. While face-to-face meetings are always valuable, it's been difficult to attract participation from throughout our 500 mile-long Corridor for some of the shorter workshops and meetings. Therefore, I'm exploring conference-calling and on-line meeting options. I'd be extremely grateful if I could benefit from existing research especially explorations that have been done by more tech-savvy people than me!
