At the Australian War Memorial, we have been dabbling in blogs, facebook, Flickr etc but we have an exhibition coming up where we would like to engage the community beyond the historians, experts on 16 pound shells and military history enthusiasts. As the working title is "Love and War", this exhibition will be moving beyond some of our more traditional themes and we are looking for ways to allow people to tell us their stories, related to war or overseas service. Has anyone else done this and if so, what did you find worked well (or not). Let me know. Emma Jones
