Hi All, 4-5 years ago I learned a statistic that the American national average for visitors to check out museum-provided audio guides was 4% of the attendance.
I?m wondering if anyone has updated that statistic, especially considering that many museums are moving to mobile platforms that allow visitors to use their own devices so they are no longer dependent on using museum provided devices.
