We?re currently in a similar search at Crystal Bridges, though we?re looking to replace our whole CRM system, which is TAM. The two current frontrunners in our search are Altru and Tessitura and I have concerns about both of them. We?ve only had an in-depth demo with Altru, and while it looks pretty solid from the constituent record side, it seems limited on how well it will integrate with the systems that we?re currently happy with (website, email communications and facilities management, etc). I?ve heard some horror stories about Tessitura, but don?t have any real insight into the way it works at this point.
