Just implemented Siriusware for ticketing and donations here at the
MIA.We've wrestled with it a bit to get it properly configured, but it's a
powerful and capable system. And the only one that met our full spec. It's
also in use at a few other cultural heritage sector organizations, likely
to be a growing base.
Note that we will be integrating Siriusware with our soon-to-be live CRM
using salesforce + NGO Connect
http://www.salesforcefoundation.org/introducing-ngo-connect/ . A very
powerful combination, we have big plans to use these tools to drive
audience engagement, personalization, and loyalty in ways that older,
museum-centric systems just can't accomplish.
Stay tuned. We'll be out on the conference circuit talking about this new
approach in the coming months.
