The second SIG question is, should we re-combine all the separate SIG email lists with this main MCN-L?
Yes! I think the MCN membership misses out on a lot that *may* be of interest by siphoning messages off to separate SIG lists. For those who are concerned their mailboxes may be flooded, fear not -- the extra traffic is not that great. Also, it can be somewhat alleviated if each SIG-related posting has, as its subject line, the SIG name first, followed by the subject (i.e., "IP SIG: update on copyright blah, blah, blah..") Then those who don't really give a hoot about IP of other SIG-related issues (can there really be such people? ; ) ) can ignore the message.
