____________________________
IP SIG Meeting
(Saturday, October 27 @10:00AM)
Come meet other colleagues, discuss IP issues and work that the SIG
should address over the next year, and have some breakfast!
_____________________________
NINCH Copyright and Fair Use Town Meeting
(Saturday, October 27, 1-4 PM)
This is not to be missed! Come hear our stalwart members Amalyah
Keshet, Suzanne Quigley, Rina Pantalony, and Jennifer Trant, as well
as "new" (well, at least at MCN) voices - James Schulman (ArtSTOR),
Siva Vaidhyanathan (author of "Copyrights and Copywrongs") discuss
"New Strategies/New Contexts" for IP. See
http://www.mcn.edu/mcn2001/27_ninch.html for details on talks and
speakers.
NOTE: The Town Meeting is a FREE event. Attendees do not have to
register for the MCN conference, although we do ask they call MCN
and sign up for the Town Meeting (basically, so we can determine how
much ice cream to order for the ice cream break, and have enough
copies of materials that will be distributed.....)

If you have any issues you would like to see discussed during the IP
SIG meeting, please let me know and I will see that they get on the
agenda. Also, if any of you have colleagues in the Cincinnati area,
please forward this on to them.
Many thanks, and I look forward to seeing you there!
Best,
Diane Zorich
