Hi Dana Remember me from the Crit session at the Museums & the Web Conference??!! We made some good changes to our navigtation based on that session. We have an online survey on our 1704 website - www.1704.deerfield.history.museum. We built this. No incentives. It's quite obvious on the home page. Too soon to tell the response rate, but we've certainly been collecting data in our database. No branching. I would be interested in what you learn. This survey was intended for summative evaluation. Best, Lynne
