Hello fellow mcn peeps

I am currently in the process of researching FMS platforms (facility management 
software) and IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management Systems) platform 
integrations
To aid us in properly end to end manage the following:

  *   Space management.
  *   Asset/equipment tracking
  *   Space use tracking
  *   Maintenance tracking
As of today there is a proliferation of calendars, excel documents, and other 
various tools used to manage the above. However, lack of integration, version 
control or granular filtering create a range of resource assignment conflicts 
and miscommunication. emails/ calendaring platforms (ala exchange) are 
inefficient for controlled communication and do not provide just in time, at a 
glance information to different stakeholders (security/ AV and others)
The ideal platform will be easy to customize, and have various levels of access 
control that can be assigned. tracking of assets and spaces are critical.
What platforms or controls do you use in your institutions? Are they tied to 
your Building management systems? Fixed asset financial tracking?
