Hi MCN'ers,

Is anyone using a rubric to approve and prioritize internal digital
projects/initiatives? I'm looking for examples of rubrics used by an
internal team to determine if proposed digital initiatives moves forward,
as well as examples of rubrics used by internal teams to prioritize
existing digital projects? Would love examples from libraries and archives,
in addition to museums!
