How do you stop MD1.3 from having "An Error" because there's NO TCP
STACK... when SENDING a message OFFLINE...
VERY ANNOYING... It should just Queue it Automatically weather it's
off or on....
I am NOT using NETCONNECT Package... Just MD "as is" for email/news...
