Your ISP has a part in it. I never get mixed up threads, for instance.
But it is also MDII, because after an abort-get, I start to download
the news again, and I get everything anyway, though no duplicates. It
appears to have to do with how MKII keeps track of the news count. My
best guess anyway. Since I just download the headers, delete what I
don't want and then download the rest for offline reading, it really
isn't a problem here, but it sure was when I was downloading
everything, as you had to in .198 and back.
