I am probably wrong (and plenty fellow md-l members will tell me so),
but I was under the impression that the "Audio" recordable CDs have a
special area recorded to mark them as usable on home consumer hifi
equipment, and computer CD-R or CD-RW discs lack this information
causing the hifi CD recorder to reject it.
I can't help but ask why you felt the need to record audio CDs if you're
already into MD as your being part of this list suggests?
Cheers,
PrinceGaz -> MD for music, CD for data, my brain for... well, lets not talk
about that at this time of the day (4am)
