The MO material of the audio and data MDs are the same, but the disc shells
are slightly different and there are some differences in the non-rewritable
portion of the TOC that are hard-coded into the disc when it is manufactured.
Although I was under the impression that you could insert an audio MD in a
data drive and play it. A data disc, though, will definitely not go into an
audio MD recorder.
