I'm saying the intial ATRAC compression that was released years ago was
1:5 - our correct ATRAC is the same compression.  A future compression
method similar to ATRAC used on Memory stick was rumored to be higher than
MP3 compression (can't find the site I read it at now, however), which would
put it over 1:12...I think I heard something like 1:20.

Well from what I understand there's been various versions of Atrac over
the years, I assume the newer one better soundqual/more compression maybe?
I had hear 5:1 compression on ATRAC as compared to 12:1 for mp3 (usually).
