I wouldn't doubt it. But on the other hand, if they were to use their own MD
equipment, I'm sure they would take the appropriate steps to shield the
equipment so as to avoid any RF interference. I wouldn't think they'd go as
far as setting up a Faraday cage <grin> but nickel screening or something
would be a possibility, and feasible at that.

How about when you can use safety in a profitable manner.
If you bring your favorite entertainement with you, would you pay for
in-flight options like movies and music ?
I guess not.
That's another reason for not leting you use your gear, isn't it?
