Hi Richard,
>From your brief description, this seems like a fairly straightforward piece of
software. Presumably the md does not store the MP3 in its compressed form, but
each track will take the same space as on a cd - i.e. still only 74 minutes of
sound, but of the poorer MP3 audio quality.
IMHO, the problem is in downloading from sites with usable MP3. Of course, if
its free and its popular music, then the site is probably illegal and
oversubscribed. Which sites do Voquette use? You could be all night logged on
and downloading nothing, or do you download from a private pay site? (still
possibly illegal).
I reckon you could achieve something crudely similar using a dos batch file,
Go!Zilla and windows scheduled task manager, but I've not looked into that.
I believe I've seen your email before - are you trying to advertise Voquette, or
something?
Best wishes,
Ray
