recordings.
LET ME REPEAT THAT LAST PART FOR PEOPLE THAT CAN'T SEEM TO READ.

on ....SNIP.... the noncommercial use by a consumer of such a
device or medium for making digital musical recordings or analog musical
recordings.
That seems to cover it.
