I had some errors with a "caution" message but never the one you
are mentioning. i found that usually what it needs is a gentle
smack (oxymoron anyone?). One time, I opened the unit up (took
the clamshell lid of by loosening the 4 screw on the side) and
disconnected the tiny ribbon cable for the display from the unit.
When I put it back together 2 minutes later, it magically worked.
Please realize that both of these methods are very risky and can
result in damage to your unit. Operate at your own risk!
