Hi again everyone,
Whilst theres talk of the SBLive, i was wondering if anyone can tell me how to do a
sync recording on my R91 from my CD-Rom drive? I've got the Hoontech digital IO
bracket, i hook up the MD but i can't get it to go into a standby mode. I hold pause
and put it into record mode but it starts recording instantly. I'm confused. I thought
i would be able to put my MD into paused/sync rec mode, and then press play on my
CDROM (conected to my sblive digitally) and the recording would start automatically.
do i need the CD drive hooked directly to my hoontech or sb board. and how do i get
the thing to start recording only when i press play?

As far as I can remember, first version of Live drivers didn't give any
possibility to make a copy of the data sent from it and in the next
revision, they took the protection off. It might be that I think... I wasn't
interested in Live these days so I could just mess something up... Sorry if
I did :)
