Turtle beach montego II Digital. I picked one up for $102, and it
comes with coax and TOSlink digital in and out. Plus, it's a nice
soundcard for games, etc (Aureal 2 chipset.) And, turtle beach does a
good job with drivers, and build high quality soundcards (they have higher
class soundcards as well, but this would probably suit you needs as well
as it does mine...)
