Shouldn't be too difficult, I'd think.
I can think of two ways to do it...
A) Hook your keyboard to your PC via the MIDI ports, and record out
through your sound card's speaker out
B) If your keyboard has any sort of stereo audio out (ie, line out to a
sound board, amplifier, etc), you might be able to record directly.
