On the back of the keyboard you should find two RCA type phone jacks.
(I think they call them Cinch jacks in Europe)
You will need a cord from Radio Shack or some other place, that has two
RCA phono plugs on one end and a stereo mini plug on the other. Keep
the volume low on the keyboard and and plug it into the mike input, and
adjust the record level so it doesn't clip the signal on the loud
passages.
Other than that you can use a mike and try not to talk or swear at your
mistakes while recording.<G>
