Well, it is sort of "Glam Rock", but I'd say it gets down right punk-ish
at times.
You haven't LIVED until you've heard the Sisters of Mercy-esque "Your
Love Is What I Am"! And I myself perform two of the LOUD guitar tracks:
"Sad" and "Satan's Butterfly Ball" ... great songs! Totally rock.
These are all on the CHEAPNESS & BEAUTY album. You should pick up a
copy. There are two slow songs, one acoustic track, one pop/country
number, but that's it - the rest is ROCK! You'd have to hear it to
believe it. It is my favourite George album. It even has a remake of
David Bowie/Iggy Pop's "FUNTIME".
