In the world of the internet you make money the old fashioned way
by convincing someone who has a whole lot of it to give you some.

The person with a lot of money takes a chance that this will be
a whole new business paradigm and will make their money back and
a bunch more over time.

The Napster legal battle is much more of new money fighting old
money than any sort of power to the people.
