Hi Folks! After 3,5 years of good service, (and after 1,5 years of having to deal with the infamous loading-unloading bug), I finally sent my Sony 510 for repairs. I found out, last friday by trying to edit a previous recording, that it messed up the UTOC, rendering the disc unusable, and could not record at all. Play was fine and dandy. Since I purchased in 97 an extended 5 year-warranty, I thought that I might give it a try. I'll keep "the list" informed. Meanwhile, I'm using my portable MZ-R35 as a spare. I am also considering a Sony MXD-D5C as a MBA graduation (self-) gift, or a HP 920e portable copier. Comments ? Regards to all.
